Chef Will Brown is a Houston native. With cooking roots that stem back to his upbringing in Opelousas, La., he learned how to prepare authentic dishes such as - gumbo, beignets, boudin balls, and shrimp creole.
Already a trailblazer in the Metro Atlanta culinary circuit, Chef W ill Brown opened the doors to his highly anticipated new food concept, Will’s Way Creole Kitchen. in the Sweet Auburn Historic District - once known as the richest Negro street in the world - Will’s Way Creole Kitchen has breathed new life into one of the nation’s most historic African-American places. He has now grown the brand to where a larger location is needed. Creole Kitchen is currently relocating too new location..
Chef has catapulted into many successes for the chef turned restaurateur. Chef Brown has appeared on Food Network's sixth season of "Cutthroat Kitchen," as well as in appearing on a new show on "Fox Network". The list does not stop there. Chef Brown has been invited as a honored guest for cooking demos at this year’s Food & Wine Festivals threw out the U.S and Abroad.
